Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Lexidash app and website. By playing, you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Playing fair
- Don't use bots, scripts, modified apps or other tools to play, win matches or change your rating.
- Don't try to get around the daily limits, overload the service, or access anyone else's player.
- Don't use the game to harass other players.
We may reset ratings, remove results or suspend players who break these rules.
Your player
Your guest player belongs to your device. If you delete the app without deleting your account, you may not be able to get it back. You can delete your player at any time from Settings in the app.
The game
We work to keep Lexidash running, but online play may sometimes be paused, limited or changed, for example during maintenance or heavy use. Practice, rival and ghost races work offline. We may change or end features over time.
Words and definitions
We check the word bank carefully, but definitions and example sentences may occasionally be wrong. Lexidash is a game for building vocabulary, not a reference dictionary. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
Content and credits
The app, its design and its word bank belong to Lexidash. Some sound effects and music come from creators who released them for free use; they are credited in the app's Settings.
No warranty
Lexidash is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to play means you accept the new version.
